How long does it take to build a SunLife home?
The average SunLife home goes from contract to keys in ninety-nine days. That is approximately three months from signing to move-in.
What comes standard in a SunLife home?
Every SunLife home includes quartz countertops, soft-close cabinetry, dovetail drawer construction, raised-panel doors, impact-rated windows, porcelain tile, and stainless steel appliances. These are not upgrades. They are standard at every price point.
Are SunLife homes in a flood zone?
Almost all SunLife homes are built in FEMA Flood Zones X and X500, which are low-risk areas commonly referred to as high and dry. Most SunLife buyers do not pay mandatory flood insurance.
