Built for the Community. Invested in the People Who Live Here.
Jeff and Rosario are men of faith. They believe in showing up for the community the same way they show up for every buyer. With intention. With accountability. With something that actually makes a difference.
These are the organizations SunLife is proud to support:

4 Kids
4 Kids of South Florida exists to support children in foster care and other vulnerable youth across South Florida. SunLife Homes supports 4 Kids because every child deserves a safe place to call home.

Habitat for Humanity
Habitat for Humanity builds affordable homes for families in need through volunteer labor and donated materials. Homeownership changes lives. It builds stability, pride, and a foundation for the future.

Harry Chapin Food Bank
The Harry Chapin Food Bank serves Southwest Florida with one mission: no one goes hungry. SunLife Homes is proud to support the food bank that feeds the neighbors and families who make Cape Coral and Port Charlotte home.

Southwest Florida on the National Stage
We Sponsor the Twins Because Minneapolis Is Practically a SunLife Neighborhood.
Some of SunLife's most loyal buyers come from the Midwest. Chicago. Minneapolis. Ohio. Michigan. They have been dreaming about Florida for years, and when they finally make the move, they want to do it right.
SunLife Homes sponsors the Minnesota Twins spring training in Southwest Florida because that is where our buyers are. It is not just a sponsorship. It is a handshake with the people who are about to make one of the best decisions of their lives.

Built Here. Invested Here.
Building Here for a Long Time.
SunLife Homes is not a company that builds in a market and moves on. Cape Coral and Port Charlotte are home. The people who build these homes live in them. The community that surrounds them is the community they are part of every single day.
