You acknowledge that the individual multiple listing service (MLS), which supplies the listing data, owns such data and you acknowledge the validity of the MLS's copyright to such data.

MLS members, employees, or other designated representatives are authorized to access the Sunlife site for the purpose of verifying compliance with MLS rules and monitoring the display of Participants' listings on our site

11. If you want to cancel your Access Codes, or if you become aware of any loss, theft, or unauthorized use of an Access Code, please notify Sunlife immediately at customerservice@mysunlifehome.com. We may delete or change any Access Code at any time and for any reason.

12. Your use of this website is independent of Sunlife and not as an employee, agent, partner, or joint venture with Sunlife for any purpose.

13. GOVERNING LAW. This Agreement and its performance shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. You consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of Florida, United States of America, in all questions and controversies arising out of your use of this website and this Agreement. Each party hereby irrevocably waives its rights to trial by jury in any action or proceeding arising out of these Terms of Use or the transactions relating to its subject matter.
