What commission does SunLife Homes pay Realtors®?
SunLife Homes pays a 3% co-op commission on every sale. This is a standard rate that applies to every floor plan and price point from Seabreeze Cove to Coral Haven.
Do I need to be present during the build process?
No. The SunLife partner program was specifically designed for agents who work with out-of-state and Miami buyers who cannot always be present. Register your client once and step back as much or as little as you want. We handle communication and timeline management. The contract always comes to you.
Does the contract go to my buyer or me?
The contract always goes directly to you, the agent. You stay in control of your client relationship at every step of the process.
Are Jeff and Rosario really licensed Realtors®?
Yes. Both Jeff Kershner and Rosario Terracciano are still active licensed Realtors® with over twenty years of experience each. They built the SunLife partner program from the Realtor perspective because they have been on both sides of the transaction.
